Thank you for signing off the Letter of Engagement and completing the onboarding form
The next steps are as follows:
STEP 1 - You will receive an email with instructions on activating your client portal account. This portal will be for online storage of your personal and business accounts, tax returns, vat and payroll documents, and also a secure area for you to upload and store documents and correspondence, complete forms and sign off documents for filing.
STEP 2 – To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, we are obliged to verify your identity and current address. We will email you with instructions on uploading your documents to our client verification portal.
STEP 3 – Our preferred method for invoice payments is via our payment system Adfin. Please complete the Adfin mandate so we can set up your invoice payments. You will always receive an invoice at least 7 days before any payment is collected.
STEP 4 – If you provide us with your previous accountants contact details, we will get in touch with them and sort out the complete handover process.
STEP 5 – We’ll apply to HMRC for authorisation to act as your agent. You will receive authorisation codes in the post which we would you to forward on to us to activate.
STEP 6 – If you already have an online accounting system, please add us as a user with advisor/full access permissions. If you do not currently use online accounting systems and it is included as part of your new package with us, we will setup our accounting system which comprises of…
